2024 DC Fly-In

Description

Join the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC for its annual trip to Washington, D.C. This year's Fly-in will be September 15-18. Every year business leaders from the Pikes Peak region go to Washington, D.C. to advocate and meet with policymakers on federal issues that directly impact employers. It is the largest Fly-In of business leaders from Southern Colorado to Washington, D.C. This year's trip will be comprised of meetings with Congressional members, think tanks, national trade organizations, and policy groups. We will also be hosting several receptions during the trip to further build relationships with Congressional leadership and to strengthen existing connections. Don't miss out, join your fellow Chamber & EDC members and business leaders in Washington, D.C., and help make a difference. This event is attended by 70-80 business and community leaders. 

Please note that your registration does not include your flight reservation or hotel accommodations, however, we will have a room block reserved at The Madison Hotel. Upon registering for this year's DC Fly-In please make sure to check your email (check spam folder as well), you will receive a confirmation email with further details about hotel booking, and important dates and times to help you schedule appropriate flights. CSCEDC Cancellation Policy: Due to event deposits and planning, cancelations must be made within 30 days of registration to be refunded. We will allow substitutions, but you will be responsible for communicating with the hotel to ensure they can accommodate you. Registrations made after August 2nd, can not be canceled or refunded.
